With operations spread across 25 countries, J.B Chemical and Pharmaceutical struggling with high IT operational costs due to an ineffective communications system. 

In partnership with Avaya, , J.B Chemical and Pharmaceutical rolled out a unified communication solution that helped boost collaboration within offices as well as between geographically dispersed teams and led to faster decision making while significantly reducing communication costs. With the new Avaya video solution, the company drives better collaboration among its teams and customers, resulting in a significantly higher level of engagement — along with a 10% to 12% reduction in travel expenses. Employees and customers can join meetings with HD video from virtually anywhere using their mobile devices, laptops, desktops and even video room systems.

CHALLENGES FACED

JBCPL expanded rapidly which increases their operations across countries resulting in a large global workforce. Working with a geographically dispersed employee base necessitated frequent international travels and extensive calls.
